Swedish Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using firm, but gentle pressure to release muscle tension and increase circulation. Therapeutic movements include long smooth strokes, kneading, and stretching.

Deep Tissue Massage
Focuses on releasing deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and uses slow, deep pressure on tense or contracted areas, such as tight or sore shoulders, neck or back. It’s also very useful for repetitive strain, postural problems, and recovery from injury.

Prenatal Massage
Shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility and just make you feel good. But this massage is also tailored specifically to the needs of the mother and her changing body. Many women have experienced significant reduction in sciatic nerve pain during pregnancy through regular massage. It helps to stimulate soft tissues to reduce collection of fluids in swollen joints, which also improves the removal of tissue waste, carried by the body’s lymphatic system.

Custom Massage
Many clients consider the Custom Massage to be the ultimate massage! This massage, which can be either a full-body massage or one focused on a problem area, is tailored to your specific needs. It often incorporates both Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques. Hot stones may also be used to treat specific areas, such as the neck and back.

Spa Massage
Start with a relaxing foot bath that includes an exfoliation treatment and hydrating cream. Then, a Custom Massage that is specific to your individual needs. Hot stones are included.

Hot Stone Massage
For a hot stone massage, heated, smooth flat stones are skillfully moved on key points on your body to warm and loosen tight muscles. The warmth feels very comforting, and the gentle movements promote profound relaxation. This unique massage also stimulates circulation, which helps to draw out toxins.

Mini Services
• Calm- 30 minutes $45
A deeply calming massage for the face, scalp,neck & shoulders. Perfect to relieve stress, soothe a headache or relieve sinus pressure. Hot Stones are included.
• Focus- 30 minutes $45
A massage to focus on any problem areas. Deep Tissue & Hot Stones may be used to relieve tension and stress.
• Footsage- 30 minutes $45 or add to any massage for $40
Start with a warm foot bath including an exfoliation treatment and hydrating cream. Followed by a wonderful foot massage.

• Foot Bath 15 minutes $15
A warm foot bath including an exfoliation treatment and hydrating cream.
• Cold Stones 15 minutes $15
After a Deep Tissue or Hot Stone massage, cold stones are applied to reduce inflammation and relieve tension.
